Description
Low priority but still annoying...
If the tool properly detects a duplicate ICLA, it properly reports the duplicate with a link to the existing ICLA. If the link is copied via the click-dropdown-copy-link the link can be opened manually by creating a new tab or window and pasting the link.
But simply clicking the link with or without the (command) key does nothing. If clicked with the command key, it should open a new tab. If clicked without the command key, it should open a new page. But crickets...
The incorrect behavior might be browser-specific. It fails with Safari and usually works with Chrome.
