[Bug] Incorrect report of partition size to spark driver

### Describe the bug

In shuffle writer side, the writer will report its partitions size to driver when invoking the `stop` method in `RssShuffleWriter`. But it looks writer will report the every partition compressed size, which will cause incorrect optimization by AQE.

Start at RssShuffleWriter.stop, where partition sizes are reported to the Spark driver, and trace how those values reach AQE. Confirm the reported statistics use the intended partition-size metric rather than every partition's compressed size, then verify AQE receives correct partition statistics.
