### Describe the bug
In Shuffle Read, deserialization throws java.io.EOFException: reached end of stream after reading 19336 bytes; 576,807,796 bytes expected exception. This issue does not occur frequently.

Research direction
Start with the stack-trace entry points in RssShuffleDataIterator.java, RssShuffleReader.java, and UnsafeRowSerializer.scala, then investigate how the Shuffle Read stream reports bytes read versus bytes expected. Reproduce the intermittent EOFException with the affected 0.11.0 setup and capture the missing server and engine configuration details. Done means Shuffle Read no longer fails during deserialization and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
