[Umbrella] Display detailed information about an application

### Describe the proposal

Currently we can't know the detailed information of the applications, such as the amount of shuffle data for each partition, the amount of data written to disk, and how much memory is occupied, etc. This information will help us find server problems and help us find unreasonable jobs.
