**Describe the refactoring action**
Most UIMA Java SDK JAR files are OSGI bundles since 3.5.0. It should no longer be necessary to construct a fat bundle from them in order to use them in Eclipse.
**Expected benefit**
Less complex build, less artifacts to maintain.
