Fetching data from external sources

The current dataset feature requires users to upload data from their local environment. However, data often comes from various external sources (e.g., website URLs, Google Drive, or private servers). The current implementation limits users to download data locally before uploading it to the platform. Xiaohui's team suggested adding a feature to directly import data from these external sources into our platform.
