Description
As described in #275, please help me with the documentation of SGX SDK:
- Move existing wiki into the `/documents/` directory
- Write tutorial and tips of using SGX SDK to build SGX application
- Cleanup the `/documents/` directory
This documents will be rendered in our homepage (https://teaclave.apache.org/sgx-sdk-docs/). Thank you so much!
