Description
### Bug description
I noticed that the map of Nepal shows zones instead of provinces, which have been the recognized administrative area for Nepal since its new constitution in 2015. I filed an issue in [natural earth](https://github.com/nvkelso/natural-earth-vector/issues/852), but that repo has not been updated since years.
Based on @rusackas's comment [here](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/23876#issuecomment-1968323558), I have been using jupyter generated Nepal map and I wanted to release this to community as well since Nepal's old map which comes by default with current superset is no longer used.

Research direction
Start by locating the default Nepal map used by Superset and compare it with the Jupyter-generated Nepal map described in the issue. Verify how the map represents zones and provinces, then confirm that Nepal displays its current provinces in the default map without regressions.
