Dasboard Tabs is does not allow me to put the charts inside.

### Bug description

Bug is dashboard tabs does not allow me to put the cart inside the tab.

If I already put the chart in in tab while older version running I am not able to put it back where I pick it and also very bottom of the tab. I need to find new space in the tab next to any chart which is not occupying whole width of the tab area.
