X-Axis Label Interval "All" does not work on timeseries x-axis variables in Superset 6.0.0

### Bug description

X axis all label is not showing even though data is there
In Area chart
i am getting complete label of x axis for time grain field(day,week)
showing only n,n+4,..... etc
Apache superset version - 4.1.1 & 5.0.0

Reproduce the issue in an Area chart using a timeseries x-axis with day or week time grain, comparing the "All" label interval with the displayed labels and attached screenshot. Read the issue's comment thread for the affected Superset versions and expected behavior; done means every available x-axis label is shown when "All" is selected.
