[Enhancement] Upgrade to Commons-BeanUtils 2.0.0-M1?

Looks like here has been some progress on BeanUtils.
-M1 supports commons-collections4 which is what we want

Depends on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CONFIGURATION-776 - please vote

Question:
Do we want to update to -M1 or should we wait for the release?
