Description
### Question
Regarding shenyu's releases, is it possible to release more bug-fix versions? This question arises because every major release is always accompanied by bugs, and the next release typically takes more than three months. During this time, you either need to find and resolve the bugs yourself, or wait for the hotfix release before using it. For example, using version 2.7.0 as an example, we recommend reserving all new features for 2.8.0. After bugs in 2.7.0 are fixed, we can increase the release frequency to once a month to improve availability and highlight the community's activity.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or implementation entry points; it is a question about ShenYu's release process. Review the current release process and the 2.7.0 and 2.8.0 examples mentioned, then seek a maintainer decision on whether monthly hotfix releases should be adopted.
