Description
### Question
Hello ShenYu team,
We're evaluating ShenYu for implementing an MCP (Model Context Protocol) gateway to proxy requests between MCP-server and existing Dubbo service interfaces.
We noticed the experimental MCP implementation in this branch:
https://github.com/Aias00/shenyu/tree/feat/mcp @Aias00
Could you please clarify:
1.The current design approach and roadmap for Model Context Protocol support in ShenYu
2.Whether this implementation can proxy between MCP-server and Dubbo interfaces
Specifically, we'd like to understand where MCP-server registers its metadata:
Is it stored in external registries (like Nacos) or Maintained purely within the ShenYu gateway?

Research direction
Start with the linked feat/mcp branch and review its experimental MCP implementation. Investigate how it addresses MCP-server metadata and Dubbo interface proxying, then document the current design, registry behavior, compatibility, and roadmap as the completed clarification.
