### Current Behavior
I designed the weight of the selector, please note that it was manually configured without client registration. It was replaced with null in a few days, and when the selector was added in version 2.6.1, the binding to the rule was often incorrect, which is a serious bug

Research direction
Start with the selector and rule-binding implementation for ShenYu 2.6.1, then trace how a manually configured selector is persisted and reloaded. Reproduce the handle becoming null and the selector binding to the wrong rule; done means both remain stable across reloads. The report provides no failing test, logs, or file path, so those must be identified first.
