[BUG] <title>What is the behavior of the handle in SpringCloud's selector often replacing itself with null?

### Current Behavior

I designed the weight of the selector, please note that it was manually configured without client registration. It was replaced with null in a few days, and when the selector was added in version 2.6.1, the binding to the rule was often incorrect, which is a serious bug
