[Question] Must shenyuClient be used on the client?

I'm used to using zuul.
It just need config in gateway, then can route to microserver behind Nacos.
But I see offical examples all need to install shenyuClient, and config in client itself.This is intrusive code.
Can shenyu do this? The examples i had seen are http、springCloud、websocket。
