Generate 'project view' of SBOM information

Aside the global view at https://sbom.security.apache.org/ , it would be cool to generate pages that focus on a particular project: for example, the subset of the graph with only the dependency and dependees of that project

Start by reviewing the global SBOM view at https://sbom.security.apache.org/ and the security-site website sources. Define how a project-specific page should select the project's dependencies and dependees, then confirm that the generated view is limited to that project's subset of the graph.
