[Feature][ClickhouseSinkWriter Unsupported data type: JSON

### Description

目前我需要将http报文的json数据中的某一个节点上的数据以json的形式写入到clickhouse中，seatunnel运行时，上报异常，提示“Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unsupported data type: JSON”，我希望ClickhouseSinkWriter 后续能支持写JSON数据类型。
