[Bug] [transform-v2] An error occurs after adding transform table_filter

### What happened

加上transform table_filter后就报错，

经过调试源码，发现加了transform后，sink就不在map里面

Start with MultipleTableJobConfigParser.tryGenerateMultiTableSink at line 642, then read parseSink and parse around the reported stack trace. Reproduce the failure with the supplied MySQL-CDC, TableFilter, and StarRocks configuration. Done means the configuration parses without IndexOutOfBoundsException and the sink is resolved after the transform.
