[Feature][Connector-V2] Adding filtering of fields for cdc synchronization

### Description

Adding filtering of fields for cdc synchronization.

Currently, cdc is synchronized with all fields. To be improved in issue #9486, if you want to filter the fields, including the full amount and the increment, we only need to specify the field name list.
