The Apache SeaTunnel official website is not responsive on mobile devices. When accessed on smaller screen sizes, the layout does not adapt correctly, resulting in fixed-width content, horizontal scrolling, and reduced readability.

This affects the usability of the website for users browsing documentation and project information on mobile devices.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://seatunnel.apache.org
2. Access the site on a mobile device or simulate a mobile viewport using browser developer tools
3. Observe layout issues such as non-responsive navigation and overflowing content

Expected Behaviour

The website should adapt to different screen sizes, with responsive layouts and readable content on mobile and tablet devices.

I have opened this issue to track the improvement and am currently working on making the website responsive while keeping the existing design consistent.
