[Feature][Connector-for-Elasticsearch] Compatibility issues/bug with the integer data type

hi, all members of Seatunnel:

Do you have a plan to support OpenSearch(https://opensearch.org/) ?

OpenSearch forked from ElasticSearch7.10.2 about 4-5 years ago.There is a lot of differs between ES and OpenSearch especially about vector database and vector search engine now.
such as: dense_vector(ES) and knn_vector(OpenSearch) and so on.

As far as I know, there is no support for opensearch about Source and Sink.
