Description
When I'm checking version of Apache Royale using command line I'm always getting build 0.
```
royale_nightly_js_swf\bin>mxmlc.bat --version
Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
Version 0.9.6 build 0
```
