Description
trying to rebuild the release, I was surprised to see that the source archive does not correspond to the right git commits for 0.9.7
and README inside still contains `royale-compiler: mvn clean install -P -main,utils`, which seems obsolete instructions
BTW, I could not reproduce the output: many little stupid differences:
see https://github.com/jvm-repo-rebuild/reproducible-central, where I only put compiler, to start simple
perhaps it's the build spec that is not perfect: https://github.com/jvm-repo-rebuild/reproducible-central/blob/master/content/org/apache/royale/compiler/royale-compiler-0.9.7.buildspec

Research direction
Start by comparing the 0.9.7 source archive with the git commits it is expected to contain, then inspect the README instructions and the royale-compiler-0.9.7.buildspec linked in the issue. Check whether the compiler rebuild matches the release inputs and document corrected archive contents, instructions, and reproducibility results.
