Column Separator is overlapping Column Value in this Setup

Test case is available on VDI.
Go to Purchase from Select in Menu
Go to Products -> Rates - Date Wise from Setups in Menu
File : com/dbz/modules/PUR/dbzDateWisePrdRateSetup.mxml

There's no Exception in this setup but sometimes ADG looks like this
Column Separator in 2 or 3 setups looks like this i dnt know why.

Start with com/dbz/modules/PUR/dbzDateWisePrdRateSetup.mxml and reproduce the reported path: Purchase, then Products → Rates → Date Wise from Setups. Use the VDI test case and screenshot to compare the affected ADG setups, then verify that the column separator no longer overlaps the column value and that no exception occurs.
