Description
Hello!
I decided to start working on getting Flex 4's Frameworks (MX and Spark) ported to Royale using [OpenFL's Royale Support](https://github.com/openfl/openfl-js?tab=readme-ov-file#actionscript-3-royale) to replace Flash's Playerglobal for the JS Target inspired by https://joshblog.net/2021/adobe-flex-2-running-on-openfl-in-javascript-instead-of-swf/ to allow the full blown libraries to work in royale instead of the incomplete MXRoyale and SparkRoyale libs
I am opening this issue mainly to know if it would it desired that I submit this work to upstream (this repo) once in a working state?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or concrete entry point. First confirm with maintainers whether a full Flex 4 MX and Spark port using OpenFL's Royale Support is wanted and define the intended upstream scope. Done would require an agreed, working port of the full libraries for Royale's JS target.
