https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/version/ shows in Chinese as expected
https://rocketmq.apache.org/version/ also shows in Chinese, but it is supposed to be the English version.

### Steps to Reproduce

go to https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/version/
select English
see no change (except for minor styling)

see same page in English

the page in Chinese

Reproduce the issue by opening https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/version/ and selecting English, then compare it with https://rocketmq.apache.org/version/. Identify the website entry point responsible for the language switch and verify that the version page renders English when English is selected.
