[Bug] docker部署5.2.0版本，开启proxy后，发送消息报错

生产消息时报错

### Additional Context

local模式和cluster模式都测试过，均有问题

Reproduce the failure with the Docker/CentOS setup and the ProducerExample.java configuration using the proxy endpoint. Start from ProducerBuilderImpl.build and ClientImpl.startUp in the reported stack trace, then compare the local and cluster modes. Done means the producer reaches RUNNING and sends the test message successfully without the reported exception.
