领域模型-队列-行为约束中“队列数暂不支持修改”与下文有歧义

[行为约束](https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/docs/domainModel/03messagequeue/#%E8%A1%8C%E4%B8%BA%E7%BA%A6%E6%9D%9F)一节提到“队列数暂不支持修改”，但是下文[使用建议](https://rocketmq.apache.org/zh/docs/domainModel/03messagequeue/#%E4%BD%BF%E7%94%A8%E5%BB%BA%E8%AE%AE)一节却又提到“Apache RocketMQ 的队列数可在创建主题或变更主题时设置修改”，这里使人感觉上下文有歧义，“队列数”是否可以修改？中文文档和英文文档都有这个问题。
