RestHandler analytic request params is force convert string but when param is int cant convert

analytic request param throws exception java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.Integer cannot be cast to java.lang.String

Start by locating the RestHandler request-parameter parsing entry point and reproduce the ClassCastException with an integer-valued parameter. Trace how request parameters are converted, then verify that integer parameters no longer fail while existing string parameters continue to work.
