Reproduce the Docker startup failure on the reported Pulsar 3.0.0 setup, then begin with BrokerService.java and follow the stack trace through ManagedLedgerFactoryImpl.java and ManagedLedgerImpl.java. Determine the cause of ledger recovery error -10 and verify that the container starts normally without the HTTP 500 or recovery exception.
