Description

### Search before asking

- [X] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/pulsar/issues) and found nothing similar.

### What issue do you find in Pulsar docs?

I am reading the documentation and cannot find the information about supported combinations of OS-Hardware Architcture. Is there any? But for the users will be much easier to get the information about the support status (and different support levels for each) from the documentation. Download page or Get Started tutorial does not help much in this question.

E.g. it's a known issue that Apache Pulsar does not work "well" on Apple M1 (before at least 2.11 release).

### What is your suggestion?

Add somewhere in the documentation the information, regarding which combinations of OS/Hardware arch are supported. If you have different support levels (continuous testing on your CI/could be built from sources/do not support) - describe it as well.

### Any reference?

_No response_

### Are you willing to submit a PR?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Download page and Get Started tutorial, which the issue identifies as insufficient, and locate the relevant Pulsar documentation section. Document supported OS and hardware-architecture combinations, including the Apple M1 status, and distinguish CI-tested, source-buildable, and unsupported cases.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
