Add the offloaded data size for each topic on the storage page for topic here:

Start at the storage page for a topic and trace the existing per-topic size display and its data source. Done means each topic has a separate visible offloaded-data-size tile matching the requested design; verify the page still renders correctly for topics with and without offloaded data.
