When viewing a message with Javascript disabled, the alternate link is broken.
For example,
https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/%3C574D1CD9.2070901@apache.org%3E
has the text link
https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/%3C574D1CD9.2070901@apache.org%3E?noscript
However that does not work
