NOTICE file appears to include unnecessary entries; missing Quenda LICENSE

It looks to me as though the NOTICE file has several unnecessary entries. Any such entries should be removed. NOTICE is for required notices only.

Quenda: impossible to tell if the entry should be present or not, as there is no license associated with the code AFAICT. The license needs to be included.

Bootstrap: AFAICT, the MIT license is sufficient notice of the copyright claim.

JS regex def (I assume that is the same as WebURL parsing? - these names should be aligned) is also MIT and likely also does not need an entry in NOTICE

jQuery: again MIT, does it really need an attribution entry in NOTICE

quokka.js - does the author require the attribution in the NOTICE file?

Start by reviewing NOTICE and the license information for Quenda, Bootstrap, JS regex def/WebURL parsing, jQuery, and quokka.js. Confirm which notices are required, align the relevant names if they refer to the same dependency, and ensure Quenda's license is included. Done when NOTICE contains only required entries and the dependency licensing is documented.
