Top posting in a thread, causes the top-posts to be ordered prior to the original post. This creates a very confusing nested view when viewing the whole thread.

Research direction
Reproduce the nested thread view using the linked Apache mailing-list example, then trace the message ordering and thread-rendering entry points in the Pony Mail web interface. Done means top-posted messages no longer appear before the original post when the whole thread is displayed.
