Bug: search result page shows misleading Archive buttons

Do a search for Subject: VOTE
Lists: All

This adds spurious Archive buttons going back to 1995.

Even for search within a list, the Archive buttons are not useful, as they show the full range of years, regardless of whether there are any matches in them.

Reproduce the issue at lists.apache.org/list.html?dev@ponymail.apache.org by searching for Subject: VOTE with Lists set to All, then compare the Archive buttons with the years containing results. Trace the search-result page's archive-year rendering and verify that completed results show only useful years with matching messages, including searches scoped to one list.
