Description
As the subject says.
Such e-mails are perfectly valid so should not be ignored.
As an example, the promotion mails sent by Nexus don't have a plain text alternative.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with an email containing only HTML content, using the Nexus promotion-mail example if available, then trace where such messages are filtered during email processing. Done means valid HTML-only emails are retained and displayed instead of being ignored.
