In social rendering mode, the buttons don't automatically appear

The Reply, Permalink and Source buttons don't show up in Social mode until one hovers over the text.

This means people may entirely miss the features.

The buttons also appear at the bottom, which is not as convenient as at the top RHS as is used for normal mode.

Inspect the social rendering path and compare it with normal mode, focusing on when the Reply, Permalink, and Source buttons are shown and where they are positioned. Done means the buttons appear without hovering in Social mode and are placed at the top right as in normal mode.
