Description
### Describe the bug
As part of the `1.3.0-incubating` release, artifacts were attached to [the associated Github Release](https://github.com/apache/polaris/releases/tag/apache-polaris-1.3.0-incubating). But there are a couple of things that could be improved:
1. The naming pattern is not very clear, as:
* `apache-polaris-1.3.0-incubating.tar.gz` is the source tarball
* `polaris-1.3.0-incubating.tgz` is the Helm Chart
* `polaris-bin-1.3.0-incubating.tgz` is the tar binary package
2. Although the signature and checksum for the zip binary package are included, the zip binary package itself is missing
What would be the best option to improve (1)? Should we rename the files or to simply explain the current naming pattern as part of the Release description?

Research direction
Start with the associated GitHub Release for apache-polaris-1.3.0-incubating and compare its source, Helm, binary, signature, checksum, and zip assets with the release process that produced them. Done means the zip binary is uploaded and the artifact naming pattern is either made consistent or clearly explained in the Release description.
