Description
Some users reported that they struggled to use Polaris "at scale", they got `OutOfMemory` error and performance "limitation".
I'm thinking we should have a kind of "Tuning guide" page on the documentation, especially with details about:
- Memory tuning/JDK
- Vertx configuration (pool size, ...)
- JDBC/Pooling configuration
- ...
