Build instructions not working

I m using quickstart guide, to install polaris in my GCP VM

Java version: openjdk version "21.0.7" 2025-04-15 LTS
jq version: jq-1.6

Compare the quickstart guide with deploy-gcp.sh and reproduce the :polaris-admin:quarkusAppPartsBuild failure on the stated Debian 12 GCP VM. Start by checking the Docker installation and the exact container-build invocation shown in the error. Done means the documented command builds Polaris without errors.
