Add curl cookbook (and script) in the documentation/distribution

We got several questions (especially on Slack) about how to "test" and use Polaris with `curl`.

We could have a section in the documentation showing the use of `curl` to create catalogs, namespaces, tables, etc, also showing how to request a bearer token, etc.
