enchancement: publish polaris-console helm hart to GitHub release

Thanks @jbonofre and team for working on this. I tested it locally with docker-compose and it works very well

Now I want to test it on a dedicated k8s cluster and having the helm chart published to GitHub release (or something equivalent) would be very beneficial

I can work on this feature if you think it is worth exploring

Start by locating the polaris-console Helm chart and the existing docker-compose or release entry points, then review how the project currently packages artifacts. Define the GitHub release output and verify that the published chart can be used on a dedicated Kubernetes cluster; done means the chart is available from a GitHub release or equivalent.
