[Feature] can i use apache pinot to query data already stored in a Nosql DB deployed on cloud.

I have a requirement where i need to fetch data already stored in Azure cosmos db (Nosql) . The query result from cosmos db then needs to undergo some transformations before the response could be returned. Also there is live streaming data coming from Kafka which needs to be queried along with data from Cosmos Db.
Can i use pinot for this workflow.
