Description
We need a way to configure the Cluster Manager UI to only show the Query Console. This is useful for many deployments where Cluster Manager is exposed to end users and they shouldn't be accessing other privileged views (eg: Zookeeper, Swagger API).
This can be a static configuration flag set while starting up Cluster Manager
