Show the exception details as a default setting

Currently in Pinot Query Console if there is any error you need to manually click on button to view the details.
This seems counter intuitive as in such a scenario you do want to see the full details without explicitly needing to select the option.

Start in the Pinot Query Console by reproducing a query error and tracing the control that currently requires manually selecting the details view. Done means exception details are shown by default when an error occurs, without requiring that selection.
