Description
PARQUET-1655 min/max statistics for Decimal logical types that are encoded as byte arrays or fixed length byte arrays are potentially broken. All reader implementations should ignore/clear them for parquet for files written with a version included "parquet-cpp"
This serves as a parent tracking issue. To fix various readers.
