[Ecosystem] Support Apache RocketMQ in External Log System

### Motivation

Changelog of Paimon could also be stored into or consumed from an external log system. Kafka is supported as external log system at present. RocketMQ supports the real-time computing and storage. Paimon could support RocketMQ as an external log system.
