Description
### Search before asking
- [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar.
### Paimon version
1.2.0
### Compute Engine
No
### Minimal reproduce step
1. Click on the JavaDocs tab on the page at https://paimon.apache.org/docs/1.2/, and the following page is returned.
2. Click on the PostgresSyncTableAction link on the page at https://paimon.apache.org/docs/1.2/cdc-ingestion/postgres-cdc/, and the following page is returned.
It appears that the website has not updated the Javadoc for version 1.2.0.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the missing JavaDocs from the JavaDocs tab at https://paimon.apache.org/docs/1.2/ and the PostgresSyncTableAction link on the PostgreSQL CDC page. Inspect how the website publishes version 1.2 documentation and JavaDocs, then verify that both links render normally when the fix is complete.
