- [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar.
### Motivation
Currently, in paimon profiles, spark3 is bound to scala2.12 version, spark4 is bound to scala2.13 version, i think we should add scala version profile, then check the test case.
### Solution
add scala diffent version profile
